What do fleas bites on humans look like? Sometime they bite you and are gone before you realize it. Now you’re left with itching like there is no tomorrow and scratching like crazy. Have you ever noticed your dog scratching like crazy, could be a sign that fleas have invaded.
Usually by the time you get the fleas, the problem is magnified.
Flea bites are small, but the more bites we get the more our health and immune system struggles. Flea bites have been known to start plagues. I am not trying to scare you but it is best not to let it get out of control.
You can see above in the Pictures that fleas can inflict some nasty bite on humans. Flea bites on humans is not all that uncommon. Flea bites are the most common form of insect bites that are experienced not only by the animals but human beings as well
fleas can be found on animals with some patience.
Fleas always move forward when in the hair of animals. You can catch them but you do have to have patience. We know flea bites on humans can be irritating, and we know flea bites on dogs are irritating as well. the best treatment for flea bites is to take some Calahist from your local drug store and rub on the area where the bites are. This will keep the itching down and help you not scratch and irritate the problem.
If the area where the bites are won't go away, consult your doctor
Flea treatment
I would also consult a pest control company about the problem if the problem doesn't respond to any of the home remedy's you try and use.

One thing you can do is to check out this blog post http://fleas-success.blogspot.com/2008/09/how-to-get-rid-of-fleas.html
leave out the part about pets and you should be ok. It is not impossible to get rid of fleas in a do it yourself situation. It just akes a lot of time and follow up
It is good and helpful for every one to know and red this information
last year I was talked into purchasing the 3 month flea & tick solution. During the second month our dogs contacted fleas. Our vet told us that although they are sold as 3 month we should only purchase 1 month solutions. Over this weekend we found 3 fleas on one of our dogs their monthly solution isn't due until 07/01/09. Now what?
basically the chemical has a 3 month life span and will continue to work for a good while, one thing you can do is bath your pet more frequently and also do follow up in treatments. I have some good information on here in how to get rid of fleas here is one of the links below.

well i didnt know i had flea bites about 1 1/2 years ago but i had em anyways and ignored what ever... anyhow now my bites i have alot more and it itches alot and my family mom and brother/ sisters got em. everytime u walk on the hard floor or carpet a flee jumps on you out of no where..
although my dog fleas my mom stoped them from comming now from them but we have problems dealing with flees in the fruniture everywhere in the house
Fleas in the carpet can be killed using 20 mule team from the grocery store. It is found in the laundry detergent asle. It is borax and can be heavly sprinkled on the carpet and vaccummed up the next day. the pets should be taken out of the house and treated also.
ugh.. i slept on a friends couch the other night and woke up itching. from the research that i've done, it looks like i have flea bites on my arms and hands. the worst part is that they got me on my waistline and at the top of my butt crack. it is one of the most uncomfortable things that i have ever experienced. i've tried taking benedryl, applied cortizone, and calamine lotion. i've gotten only a little relief. any ideas?? and does anyone know how long this is going to last??
thanks!
Anonymous As it is true that 20 mule team borax will do what you say, I would not recommend using it as it is a very potent chemical. anytime you sprinkle a chemical on the carpet you are taking a chance especially if it is not diluted down for that purpose. please read the label and abide by it.
thanks for the comment
Matt flea bites can itch for a while I find if I rub some Calahist or calamine lotion on the bite areas it does bring some relief, you would need to do this every time the itching starts, and refrain from scratching if possible. I also would check out this area http://howtogetridofbedbugs.blogspot.com/2008/12/bedbug-pictures.html the picture area on bedbugs and see if there is a resemblance to the bites. sounds like you have flea bites though. I think I would stay away from that couch for a while.
I need help if anyone has got the solution to get rid of the flea. I have a child and I do not like to use harsh chemicals around him. I need some ideas.:(
There comes a time when you have to make a decision about using chemical in getting rid of fleas. Most chemicals can be used with little exposure to children if you can get them out of the house while the treatment is taking place. I don't think anyone wants to expose their children to chemicals. some times it is chemicals or fleas. It also would depend on how bad the flea infestation is.
